This program offers a comprehensive introduction to the basic principles of Yoga combined with a raw food diet.
We offer a 5 day immersion in ASANA (position) practice complemented by daily classes in YOGIC DIET, PHILOSOPHY, ALIGNMENT TECHNIQUES and YOGIC RELAXATION
You will leave the retreat with a solid foundation on which to build your Yoga practice.
The RAW FOOD diet you will enjoy during your retreat creates the lightness and balance needed to fully appreciate the benefits of the Yoga practice as well as reducing the body’s acidity so that you will naturally and effortlessly detox through the process.
